Exercise 1: The Smiler

Good For: Cheek and jaw

Cover the teeth with the lips to make an ‘O’ shape with the mouth.

Smile widely while keeping the teeth hidden and repeat six times.

Hold the smile shape while placing one index finger on the chin. Then start to move the jaw up and down as the head tilts gently back. Relax and repeat twice more.


Exercise 2: Puff Cheeks

Good For: Smile lines and cheeks

Take a deep breath and puff out one cheek. Hold for several seconds and switch sides. Repeat 10 times on each side. Rest and then repeat.
