Please note standard delivery options can take between 2-5 working days to be delivered. Next day delivery options should be delivered next day if the order is processed before 4pm.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following working day.

We are currently only shipping to addresses within the UK. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Europe (including Republic of Ireland).

All of our products have been formulated so that they can be mix and matched to suit your skin’s individual needs. You can shop “By Skin Concern” in the “Shop” section of the Main Menu to find suitable products for your specific skin concerns.

All of our products are printed with an open jar symbol on pack, which indicates how many months you should use the product for since opening the product.
We highly recommend using the product within this timeframe to ensure maximum product effectiveness.

If you believe you’ve experienced an allergic reaction as a result of an ingredient within our product, rinse immediately and consult your doctor/GP. Discontinue use.

Yes, all our products are cruelty free and we are PETA approved. In March 2013, a new European Union (EU) law was fully implemented that made it illegal to sell animal-tested cosmetics in Europe.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a resaleable condition, and this must be done within 14 days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches our warehouse.
